Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or (refund if applicable.)
Returns are not accepted on original arts, prints, custom shoes, sale items and paintings, however I will glad accept any returns on any other accessories. Please see our policy on exchanges.
I will gladly allow exchanges - If the product does not meet your expectations, it could be returned for exchange within 30 days after delivery.
If the product arrives damaged, please let me know immediately by sending me photographic proof of the damage, and I will gladly replace the item at no extra charge. Please email me at email@example.com
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order, however, I do not accept any cancellations after the order has been processed. If a customer cancellation request were to be accepted, the customer will be paying the shopify cancellation fee and a refund will be made after the deduction.
The following Items cannot be returned:
* Custom orders
* Commission orders
* Sale orders
* Discounted orders
* Downloadable software products
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Just in case we do not receive you package due to being lost at this point we can't guarantee that we will able to solve the problem.
