  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

    Returns are not accepted on original arts, prints, custom shoes, and paintings, however I will glad any returns on any other accessories. Please see our policy on exchanges.

    Exchanges: 
    I will gladly allow exchanges - If the product does not meet your expectations, it could be returned for exchange within 14 days after delivery. 
    If the product arrives damaged, please let me know immediately by sending me photographic proof of the damage, and I will gladly replace the item at no extra charge. Please email me at slikk.art.motivation@gmail.com

    Do you accept Cancellations: 
    Please contact me if you have any problems with your order, however, I do not accept any cancellations after the order has been processed.

    The following Items cannot be returned:

    * Custom orders

    * Commission orders

    * Sale orders

    * Discounted orders

     

    ***Do you accept commissions***

    Yes I do! Any requested commissions, if accepted payment is required in full. Most of the time I usually have five (5) open slots per month for commissions, that is if I have the time to take new ones but please don't let that stop you from putting your request. Commission prices are vary depending On the size of the drawing (s) or painting (s).   • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do! However there are certain countries the US will not ship packages please check your country shipping cart or will your local post office.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Order Processing 
    Normal order processing time usually ships same day if ordered before 2 pm by International Shipping.Business does not include weekends and there is no weekend shipping for orders made on Friday after 2 pm.

    ***IMPORTANT INFO***

    We highly recommend you double check and make sure the address you provide is correct before check out. We usually send all shipments out at the time frame provided below. However it's the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct information, we are not responsible for any packages delivered to the wrong address.

    Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 3 to 10 business days depending on delivery options or locations. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 to 5 days for delivery and subject to an additional $15 delivery fee. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.

    Tracking Number:

    Will always be provided for every First Class & Priority Mail except standard & International orders.

    International Order:

    Will take 2 to 3 days to process, and the estimate shipping time is 1 to 4 weeks or more depends on the Country custom shipping policy, however these time frame may vary due to the US and International customs.

    Brazil: 5-14+ business days

    Canada: 5-14+ business days

    India: 5-20+ business days

    Japan: 5-14+ business days

    United Kingdom: 5-15+ business days

    North America: 5-14+ business days

    Europe: 5-15+ business days

    Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 5-15+ business days

    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
